- Do you offer refunds or guarantee approval?
- No refunds once a case is opened. We also don't evaluate whether your background is ready for USCIS — that's between you and your attorney. We are a drafting tool, not a law firm, and we don't guarantee outcomes.
- Where does my data go?
- Your workspace is isolated to your account and never used to train anything. Encrypted transport, per-case access, and export whenever you want.
- How does the partner lawyer network work?
