Do we get our own web address?
Yes. Your workspace answers at an address of your own — a subdomain such as petitions.yourfirm.com, or your own domain. Your clients sign in there and never see visaworker.ai.
Do we have to type in our colors and fonts?
No. We read your logo, colors, and typefaces from your own website and apply them to the workspace. You can adjust every value afterwards, and we keep text contrast readable whatever you choose.
What do our colleagues see, versus our clients?
Colleagues join as attorney, paralegal, or admin and see the firm's cases. A client sees only their own petition. The firm sets each role and can change it at any time.
Do invitations come from you or from us?
Every invitation and notification is written and branded as your firm, with your logo and a link into your workspace. The technical sending address is still ours today — that is the one place our name appears, and only in the email header.
What does the client actually do?
They answer guided questions about their work, upload the evidence only they have, and request their own recommendation letters. You set what they can see and edit; review and signature stay with the firm.
Do clients have to work with us inside the software?
No. You can run a matter entirely on the firm side and gather materials however your client prefers. But cases move faster when the client answers intake, uploads exhibits, and responds to comments in the workspace — fewer email threads, fewer missing pieces, and a clearer record for you to review.
Does this replace our associates?
No. This is where your associates and your client work on the same record. It structures the petition, captures exhibits, and writes a first draft in your firm's voice. A lawyer still reviews, edits, and signs every filing.
How is the firm plan priced?
The firm buys cases, not seats. Each month you hold a number of cases; opening a matter uses one, and the whole team can work on it. Clients are never asked for a card and never see a price.
Is visaworker.ai a law firm or referral service?
No. We are a software company, not a law firm. We do not practice law, give legal advice, or split fees with lawyers. Our Find-a-Lawyer directory is a flat advertising listing, not a referral service.
Where does client data live?
Each firm workspace is isolated. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, never used to train models, and exportable at any time. You control who inside your firm can see each matter.
