How does company pricing work?
You buy a block of cases up front. Each employee uses one case when they enter your company join code. Cases start at $249 each, with lower per-case rates for larger teams. There are no monthly seat fees or subscriptions.
Who owns the petition?
The employee does. They create their case under their own account and unlock it with your company code. If they leave the company, they keep their case and their work.
What can our HR team see?
A company admin can see who has joined, how many seats are used, and the status of each case. Admins can also open a case to follow the work, because the employee has agreed to share access while they are sponsored.
Which visa types are covered?
O-1A extraordinary ability, EB-1A extraordinary ability, and NIW petitions. The agent structures evidence, captures exhibits, and writes every criterion of the filing-ready packet.
Do we need a lawyer?
visaworker.ai is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The employee can self-file the compiled packet, or hand the draft to a partner immigration attorney to review and file at a discounted rate.
