- How does company pricing work?
- You buy a block of cases up front. Each employee uses one case when they enter your company join code. Cases start at $249 each, with lower per-case rates for larger teams. There are no monthly seat fees or subscriptions.
- Who owns the petition?
- The employee does. They create their case under their own account and unlock it with your company code. If they leave the company, they keep their case and their work.
- What can our HR team see?
- A company admin can see who has joined, how many seats are used, and the status of each case. Admins can also open a case to follow the work, because the employee has agreed to share access while they are sponsored.
- Which visa types are covered?
- O-1A extraordinary ability, EB-1A extraordinary ability, and NIW petitions. The agent structures evidence, captures exhibits, and writes every criterion of the filing-ready packet.
- Do we need a lawyer?
- visaworker.ai is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The employee can self-file the compiled packet, or hand the draft to a partner immigration attorney to review and file at a discounted rate.
